A message from Tef:

Right now I am working on War Machine 2 and The David Ruffin Theory with Rockwell Knuckles. I was also hoping
to have a completed EP w/ Black Spade at this time. The truth is I have been searching for motivation with the pen and digging deeper w/ my lyrical content. This mixtape was  an excellent opportunity for me to experiment with my writing ability and not take things so serious. I made P.O.E. for the people who  desire to hear me simply snap on every track. The War Machine 2 Lp has a healthy start, I honestly want it to be as special as possible. I’ve decided to slow down a bit think about the direction I’m going in before releasing it. (Same science applies to the DRT project). This is simply a mixtape in the truest form, myself and DJ Trackstar combining our creative influences and letting it fly. There are no singles, there is no gimmick behind this project. Theres a thousand and one mixtapes floating around and we’re hoping we made something unique. On some of these tracks I am simply attempting to rap like I am dying in the booth. I am asking you to view this as an off season exhibition game. I am fighting to obtain your hearts and ear’s for the duration of a lifetime.Shoutout to everyone that played a role in getting this tape out the way. DJ Trackstar is currently touring the country w/ Killer Mike and Immortal Technique so catch him in a city near you.
