The summer is almost upon us and FarFetched
is excited to provide the soundtrack. This week we are releasing
videos for two singles from upcoming projects, as well as the latest
instalment of the BadTaste podcast series curated by Adult Fur and
titled Adult Taste. The first video is “Escalators” from hip hop duo
Scripts n’ Screwz. Later this week we will also drop “Shave My Brain”
from the eclectic group Standing Sleep.

“Escalators” is the perfect summer anthem, ideal for a block party or
knocking in the trunk on a ride through the city. The video was filmed
in St. Louis by Gra Area Media and features Scripts n’ Screwz
delivering lyrics while cruising in a classic Impala.

“Shave My Brain” is the newest single from NY/STL group Standing
Sleep. Vocalist Lika Shubitidze and producer Loose Screwz teamed up to
create a captivating tune about erasing one’s memories. The video,
directed by Civil Ape, adds the perfect visuals to accompany
Shubitidze’s haunting lyrics.

Finally, this week will also see the release of Adult Taste, a podcast
created by artist Adult Fur. As part of the monthly BadTaste series,
Adult Taste ranges from pop, electronic, rock and everything in
between. Adult Fur’s new remix album, Ran, will be available next
month.
